Utilize SaturnText's Distributor Portal to White Label the Platform
View Pricing Watch Tutorial VideoThe SaturnText distributor portal will allow you to white label the SaturnText platform so that you can either manage your clients or resell to your individual clients.
You’ll be able to showcase your own logo, designate a subdomain URL, and put your company information including support emails.
In your distributor portal, you will find a commission percentage tab, here is where you can automatically increment the price based on the percentage you add.
SaturnText now offers white labelled tutorial videos so that you can give your clients step-by-step instruction with your company name and logo on the video.
No, the phone number comes standard with any plan you select from our website.
You must send out a text blast at least once every three months to be considered "Active," and mantain your phone number. You will receive an email before we discontinue your number for any reason and provide you time to remedy the issue.
We have absolutely no monthly fees. Your account stricktly works on credits. When you have utilized all of your credits you can still continue to send text blasts but will be charged each time you send one out at our base price. You can always purchase more bundled plans once you log into SaturnText.
We automatically take care of all unsubscribes. All a subscriber needs to do is text "STOP" or "Unsubscribe" to be placed on our Do Not Text list. Nothing is required on your end.
Yes, we will automatically compress the link into a smaller link to save on character count.
For mms it is generally 2.5 cents and for SMS it is generally 1.2 cents. However, if you purchase one of our bundles you get a discount: https://saturntext.com/promos
You can send out one message to as many customers per day as you'd like. Just keep in mind that you can only send one SMS per customer per day according to TCPA law. So, if you have 5,000 customers you can text them all, but just once.
There is no limit per text blast. However, each text blast is made up of segments and a segment is counted as 160 characters. If your text blast has more than that it counts as multiple segments (i.e. 320 characters would be 2 segments). You get billed as one message for each 160 text that gets sent out.
TCPA Law requires Expressed consent for a customer to opt-into receiving text messages or if they report you, it is $10k per infraction.
Right now, our system does not automatically remove the landlines, however, if you send us the list we have another service that will manually check whether the number is mobile or landline so we can clean up the list for you. The cost would be 2 cents per number which can be subtracted from your credits. You would send the list to support@saturntext.com and it will take a few hours, but when done it is then sent back to you so you can upload it.
Nope, pretty much how our system works is you purchase credits, your credits last forever, so whenever you send that's when its deducted. You can send any amount out at any time. Only want to send 100 today and save the rest for a later time? That works.

For as long as you are on our platform the number stays yours. You could transfer the number to another service if you ever switch. Also, the number you get can be used for customers to subscribe to your text blast so you can advertise the number.
We do not monitor what you published on your account HOWEVER, the system will automatically ban you if you have a higher than usual unsubscribe rate for a text blast. Generally speaking, you want to stay below 20%, anything over that will get your account banned, as the system will treat you as a spammer.
